Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between Solene (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person making a purchase on the site solene.com (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

  2. Products The products offered for sale are those presented on the site, subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.

  3. Prices Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Delivery charges are indicated before final confirmation of the order.

  4. Ordering To place an order, the Customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, and confirms their order by following the steps indicated on the site. The order is final only after payment has been confirmed.

  5. Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The site accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card, [Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. — to be adapted]. All transactions are secure.

  6. Delivery Delivery times and terms are specified in our [Shipping Policy]. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.

  7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Products must be returned new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless stated otherwise.

  8. Refunds In the event of withdrawal or an accepted return, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  9. Warranties Products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. and 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

  10. Liability The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product, or from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

  11. Personal Data Data collected as part of the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

  12. Mediation and Disputes In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a free consumer mediation service, in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where the Seller's registered office is located.

  13. Acceptance Placing an order on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
